Leadership Strategies for New Supervisors
The first two years are critical for new supervisors. These years can serve as the launching pad to a great future, or result in missed opportunities and failure. This workshop is designed specifically for new leaders. It is divided into 3 learning modules. The first deals with building a Leader’s Mind-Set - which provides strategies for building confidence, optimism and credibility. The second area provides techniques for the supervisor's number 1 priority, "performance and productivity” - creating work goals and standards that will lead to enhanced efficiency and greater productivity. The third area deals with overcoming negativity – Here Eric provides strategies for dealing with difficult people, conflict and discipline. This workshop is for new leaders who are serious about their careers and making a positive impact on their organizations.
