Leadership Coaching For Executives and Department Directors:
Let Eric work 1 on 1 with the leaders of your organization. He normally will work from 6 to 12 months with each leader. Eric's coaching process consists of identifying performance targets covering 5 areas:

  1. professional and personal growth
  2. system analysis and total quality improvement for service processes
  3. relationship building
  4. improving overall staff performance and team work
  5. enhancing customer service and customer relations

Each member will receive a strategic action plan that will monitor progress, and identify where improvements or modifications are needed. Through individual coaching Eric is able to respond to the specific concerns and management issues of each individual leader. The learning will stay with the individual, due to the amount of time Eric spends with them. The internalization process is strengthened through Eric's consistent learning system. Get your team ready to achieve.


The Total Quality Assessment
If you would like to create a greater emphasis on improving service effectiveness and efficiency, allow Eric to come in and do a Total Quality Assessment on the critical areas of your operation. This assessment will be beneficial in identifying areas that can hinder your operation's effectiveness. The assessment will also address areas surrounding employee relationships and communication practices. With Eric's Quality survey, he'll be able to help you identify under performing work areas, and provide strategies for improving them.

Leadership and Communication Effectiveness Survey
It's critical that your leaders have credibility with your staffs. Leaders who demonstrate integrity, promote greater commitment and buy-in form front-line workers. This is why you'll want to invite Eric in to do an assessment of management practices. This survey is designed to measure the impact your leaders are having on your staff. In short the workers' perceptions regarding management practices. We'll address how relationships are working and how effectively your leaders are communicating with staff members. This information will provide guidance necessary for building a quality work environment. Most importantly, after reviewing the results with your executive team, Eric will provide specific strategies for repairing areas of concern.
